Some of you may have noticed that the company competitors query is not working -
You have looked at the documentation - and did exactly what you are supposed to - and you get... nothing. Before you start to pull your hair out trying to figure out why!
Let me set your mind at ease - you did it right, its the API that is wrong.
In the documentation we state you need to use the first 2 characters of the Company ID as part of the authentication for this query. In reality the authentication is actually looking for the entire Company ID to authenticate. We will be making the change, so you only need to use the first 2 characters, and I will let you know when that is up and running.
But in the meant time if you want to use the company_competitors query and get results you need to pass the entire Company ID to authenticate and create the key. Make sense?
