i'm a little confused here - the docs on the query string and key building for these two calls are ambiguous.
I see the note from October regarding using the entire Company ID, rather than the first two characters per the doc, but there are other contradictions I'm trying to resolve.
For example, it says 5 elements in the key building, but six are listed (with two numbered #2)... maybe a missing "OR"?
Also, same table, required column, it says "cid or email" - I'm assuming that's "cid or domain"?
Regardless of the above, I've tried every combination I know, and re-using code for putting together the URL, building the key, getting MD5, etc that works with the other API calls fine... and I can't get this to work.

We recently realized how complicated and unecessary our key scheme was for the API and simply removed the key parameter. Your query should work now.
